At a crossroad,
Walled by inhibitions
That disappear above into shadow.
Engulfed with void.
Left, right, forward,
A path. A roadblock.
The crack of light ahead lures
As the one behind is lost.
Fleeting glimpses in the periphery
Every step seeking illumination.
